We didn't get to bed until nearly 2 AM. So when the wakeup call came in at like 5 AM there was jus no way we could move. We had already been beaten down by the heat. So we lounged for the day. Lest anyone scold us, we did go to our assembly in Long Beach back in summer of 2003, so we didn't miss anything. Although we did hear that over 1400 were baptized and we were sorry to miss that.

Later that night we met up with Troy and Solandy, friends from So Cal, and went to Chilenazo's for dinner.
