The First day was spent touring parts of old Delhi.
Qtub Minar
Qtub Minar, "the might of Islam", is one of the oldest sites in Delhi. It dates back to the 1100s.
Humayun's Tomb
The tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun, was built by his wife in 1570. It was the first great "garden tomb" in India. of course The Taj Mahal is the greatest of the tombs.
The Rajpath
The Rajpath is the equivalent of Pennsylvania Avenue in DC. While stopping there, I saw a snake charmer.
Sikh Temple
This temple was amazing! But I don't remeber the name of it. Can anyone out there help?
