Day 9 - Ranthambhore - April 9th, 2002

The ninth day was spent doing a safari early in the morning and one in the afternoon. We saw a tiger in the bushes sleeping about 15 minutes into the morning. For wildlife pictures from this day go to the digital pictures from Day 9.
Ranthambhore Hotel
My hotel room was pretty rustic, I liked it. After checking in, I had dinner and saw a show.

Ranthambhore Tiger Sancturary
I was so thrilled I was giddy as we drove into the park. The landscape was beautiful. What a change after the hustle and bustle of Delhi. The first three pictures in this section were taken at the Bird Sanctuary
